Our work environment includes:

Responsibilities: – Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans – Provide hands-on therapy to patients using a variety of techniques and modalities – Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary – Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care – Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care – Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

 

Experience: – Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a home health or clinical setting – Proficient in patient care techniques and protocols – Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology – Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus

 

Skills: – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals – Strong problem-solving abilities to develop individualized treatment plans – Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team – Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records.

 

Mentorship & Training: Mentorship is provided, including training in advanced modalities such as Shockwave Therapy, Stimpod, NMS 460, and other rehabilitation technologies as applicable.
